Chapter President must set an example for members and officers, serve as the primary representative of and spokesperson for the chapter, preside over chapter business, oversee sound miscellaneous chapter operations, and oversee the operations of the officers’ training committee.

Conduct ceremonies as outlined in the Ritual of Delta Delta Delta, coordinate necessary Ritual education and implement any complementary chapter activities, maintain Ritual equipment, manage all Fraternity and chapter Governing Documents, oversee the operations of the standards committee, and serve as a presiding officer in chapter meetings.

Faith Truitt

VP/Public Relations
Oversee the implementation of all public relations efforts, ensure the promotion of the brand and values of Tri Delta in all chapter operations, ensure that all public relations efforts appropriately represent Tri Delta and are in accordance with all Governing Documents, be familiar with the current happenings of the Fraternity, be familiar with the current happenings within the campus community, and be familiar with the current happenings within the Fraternity & Sorority Community.

Megan Boling

VP/Finance
Ensure chapter adherence to Fraternity Policies and Procedures that relate to member finances, be knowledgeable of and familiar with Billhighway, Tri Delta’s system for chapter accounting, oversee chapter’s collection of revenue and all aspects of member payments, oversee the timely payment of any chapter bills, create chapter budgets by the deadlines established by Executive Office, maintain and implement chapter budgets.

VP/Membership
Oversee all membership recruitment efforts, oversee the operations of the membership selection committee, and be familiar with and use all available recruitment resources.

Body Image Coordinator
Create and support body image awareness in and among the chapter, oversee the chapter’s creation and support of body image awareness in and among the the campus community, and serve as the primary coordinator of the chapter’s TriLove initiatives.

Academic Development Chair
Monitor member and chapter adherence to academic related Governing Documents, manage the receipt and submission of all academic collegiate chapter reports, coordinate all chapter and member academic programming, and coordinate academic programming specifically for members below bylaws.

Member Development Chair
Coordinate and lead a complete member development initiative in and among the chapter and plan and implement monthly open chapter meetings.
Emily Shaleen

Treasurer
Ensure the adherence to Fraternity Policies and Procedures that relate to member finances, be knowledgeable of and familiar with Billhighway, Tri Delta’s system for chapter accounting, oversee the distribution of necessary bills and/or invoices to all members, contribute to the development of chapter budgets by the deadlines established by Executive Office, and contribute to the maintenance and implementation of chapter budgets.

Licensing Chair
Monitor the chapter’s overall use of Tri Delta trademarks, insignia and emblems, oversee chapter relationships with various vendors, coordinate and oversee a process for ordering t-shirts and other favors.

New Member Educator
Oversee all necessary administrative responsibilities with regard to new members, specifically coordinate with the VP/Finance for new member related responsibilities, and prepare for and conduct all sessions of the Power of Purpose: New Member Education Program.

Reference Chair
Provide chapter education regarding the overall purpose and benefit of referring potential new members for membership in Tri Delta, oversee the collection and use of all references for potential new members, contribute to the clerical aspects of recruitment as it relates to membership selection, and oversee the operations of the evaluation committee.

Sponsor Chair
Educate prospective sponsors regarding the purpose of the sponsor program and the sponsor relationship, oversee the operations of the sponsor selection committee, plan and implement all sponsor events and activities, and consistently monitor the overall health of all sponsor relationships within the chapter.

Social Events Chair
Coordinate all necessary social event logistics and implement social event programming and sound risk management efforts which comply with Fraternity Policies.

Risk Management Chair
Consistently implement risk management education and programming in accordance with all the Governing Documents, oversee the implementation of risk management plans for chapter events, and oversee appropriate and consistent chapter education of emergency procedures and Tri Delta’s Crisis Response Plan.

Philanthropy Chair
Create, plan and implement chapter opportunities to raise money for Children’s Cancer Charities and/or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and serve as the liaison between our chapter and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Panhellenic Delegate
Serve as Tri Delta’s official delegate to the College Panhellenic Association, and support and promote the initiatives and governing documents of the College Panhellenic association.

Cultivate and maintain relationships between the chapter and local alumnae and incorporate an alumnae presence into chapter events and programs whenever possible.

Chapter Correspondent
Oversee proactive external public relations opportunities through written outreach, share and promote chapter achievements and events, communicate any Tri Delta correspondence to the chapter, and oversee opportunities for internal public relations opportunities through outreach with members.

Activities Chair
Research and provide opportunities for both individual and chapter involvement on campus and in the community, encourage member involvement outside of Tri Delta membership, develop and oversee the chapter’s involvement in community service programs and initiatives, and coordinate Tri Delta’s involvement in Fraternity & Sorority Community related events.

Continuing Education Chair
Coordinates all efforts for the preservation of chapter and Tri Delta History. Prepares the chapter for the slating process. Coordinates opportunities for member outreach and senior recognition.
